Return Policy

Every customer who doesn’t satisfied with the product can easily return the product within 10 days after he received the product. Customer must contact us for initiate a return. Then the Customer will receive a call from Amazetrendz for explaining the process. Customer must contact us to initiate the return and the contact must be made within 2 days from the delivery date.

Condition for Returning the Product

The product which customer wishes to return should be as it is in the purchase condition. If its mobile no software or mobile lock should be made, There should not be any physical damage to the product. In the case of garments, footwear’s and leather items it should not be used by the customers for any occasions.

Amazetrendz doesn’t deliver items internationally. Customer will able to make purchase on our site from anywhere in the World with debit cards, Pay tm, UPI, but please ensure the delivery address is in India……

You may request for a replacement within 10 days of delivery/ installation (as applicable). In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement, the seller will offer a refund to you.

We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. In the case of tablets, you may also be required to install an application to aid with troubleshooting.

For products where installation is provided by Amazetrendz's service partners, please do not open the product packaging by yourself. Amazetrendz authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product. In this case, the replacement period commences from the date of installation.

For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorised service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/ defective part will not resolve the issue.

You may request for a replacement within 10 days of delivery/installation (as applicable). In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement, the seller will offer a refund to you.

Assistance shall be provided to troubleshoot any issues that you may face, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. If a defect is determined within the 10-day period following delivery/installation, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.

If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues. Open Box Deliveries: During an open box delivery, in case you encounter issues like different product received or damage on the product at the time of accepting delivery of your order, you can request for refund as per applicable policies. In case of cash-on-delivery orders, the amount paid will be immediately returned to you.

No return request will be processed after you have accepted delivery of an order, except in cases where you have encountered manufacturing defects in an accepted product. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable to you.

In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement, the seller will offer a refund to you.For all other device-related issues, please contact the brand authorized service centre directly.

Open Box Deliveries: During an open box delivery, in case you encounter issues like different product received or damage on the product at the time of accepting delivery of your order, you can request for refund as per applicable policies. In case of cash-on-delivery orders, the amount paid will be immediately returned to you.

No return request will be processed after you have accepted delivery of an order, except in cases where you have encountered manufacturing defects in an accepted product. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable to you.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct Product IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
Undamaged Product The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
